Our Fish Picture of the Week!

Cap Mel,

Hello. I am Terrell Salerno (fishindad) and my friend Brian Pisowicz would like to submit this picture for your Fish Pix of the Week.

Brian and I both in late Sept were fishing the south shore on the last days of my vacation. We both ended up with Slams for the day that reach the pinnacle when within an hour of each other we caught these 2 reds. Brian caught his 24 incher on a gold spoon and I caught mine on a DOA deadly combo. This was the first slam for both of us and topped off an incredible vacation for me. What makes this even more neat is we both have always been live bait fisherman and through the CapMel forum we have both learned how to use artificials. In fact, the slam for both of us was 100% on arties.

Both of us are faithful listeners to your show (I have been listening literally most of my life) and participate regularly in the forums. Thanks for such a great venue for the Tampa Bay area.

Tight lines!

Terrell Salerno

Those are couple of nice slot reds -- and proudly displayed as out Fish Pix of the Week.. As his prize, Terrell will receive a "Capt. Mel MirrOlure assortment" of some of the most  productive, fish-catching plugs to share.
