INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon olive oil

onion500 grams 

jumbo shrimp

1 tablespoon flour

milk

salt

ground black pepper

empanada wrappers

egg

1 tablespoon water

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius,
  2. Add the olive oil to a skillet heated to medium heat. Add the onions and cook for 8 minutes or until softened.
  3. Add the chopped shrimp and saute for 4 minutes. Add the flour and mix well.
