Cook Time: 4 hours

Ingredients:

½ lb. Sizzlefish shrimp

1½ cups grits

3 cups almond milk

3 cups water

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

2 tsp ghee

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients EXCEPT the shrimp to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
  2. Cook HIGH 3-4 or LOW 6-8.
  3. Stir, to mix well and check consistency.
  4. Add shrimp and cook an additional 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
