The Florida Fly Fishers

The Florida Fly Fishers is a family oriented club that promotes the art of fly fishing to men, women and children of all ages.

The Fish-On Club of New Port Richey

The club was formed to promote the social gathering of local fishing enthusiasts. We mainly fish the Gulf Flats with some members going off shore. We promote good sportsmanship, conservation, fellowship and the mutual exchange of ideas to further the angling experience.

Our “Wish to Fish” program allows the Big brothers and Big Sisters of Pasco County and the Joshua House Children from Lutz to enjoy a Free full day of fishing aboard the Charter Boat Miss Virginia.

Community involvement includes assisting the local YMCA with their Kids Fishing Tournament as well as officiating at their annual Pro-Am Fishing Tournament held at Catches restaurant. We help the VFW and Holiday Rec Center with the annual Kids Fishing Day at Anclote Pier. Quarterly we clean up our adopted section of Main Street in downtown New Port Richey.

The club holds several tournaments a year with cash pay outs and two Picnics a year at local parks. We also hold an After the Holidays Party with great food, camaraderie, and a Chinese Gift Exchange.
We meet the FIRST Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm at at the Gulf Landings Clubhouse at 6035 Barefoot Court, New Port Richey, Fl. Early arrival is suggested. New members are encouraged to attend and the public is invited.

Lakewood Ranch Anglers Club

Meet the first Tuesday at Lakewood Ranch Town Hall, 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Members like to fish both salt and fresh water. Yearly project is the Lakewood Ranch Youth Tournament, a catch and release bass tournament on a Ranch Lake. Open to all kids that like to fish, over 100 participants last year. The MCFF is a large, very active fly fishing club covering the three county area of Manatee, Sarasota and Charlotte counties. Charlotte Harbor Fly Fishers (CHFF) is a group of men and women who enjoy casting their lines in one of SW Florida’s best all-around fisheries.

We have been meeting for over four years. We have regular outings and gatherings.

Cape Coral Bass Club

Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at the Moose Lodge #2395, 419 Cape Coral Parkway E, Cape Coral starting at 7:30 p.m. promptly. We have a 50/50 drawing at each meeting and club sponsors donate items to be raffled at each meeting.

Family membership is $40 annually. Single membership is $25 annually. We offer a Team Trail that is a four-tournament trail. We also offer a Mini-Bucks competition. These two events pay 100% back to the members.

Tournaments are open to the general public. You must have a boat that conforms to Coast Guard standards and all boats must have working live wells.
Each active club member earns points for attending the meetings. Boat numbers will be drawn at the meeting for those who pre-registered at the meeting. If you do not
pre-register at the meeting, there is an extra $5 charge due at the ramp on the day of the tournament. The extra charge does not apply to the open tournaments.
