Ingredients

2 quarts water
1/3 cup seafood seasoning
1 1/2 lb petite red potatoes (4 cups)
4 ears fresh corn
1 1/2 lb unpeeled, extra-large shrimp
7 oz kielbasa (or smoked) sausage
2 lemons, sliced or cut into wedges (optional)

Steps

  1. Combine water and seasoning in large stockpot; bring to a boil. Cut potatoes in half and stir into boiling water; simmer 13 minutes. Remove husks and silks from corn; cut ears into thirds.
  2. Stir in corn; simmer 10 more minutes. Cut sausage into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Add sausage and shrimp; cook 4 more minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Drain mixture thoroughly and transfer to a large serving bowl or platter. Top with lemons and a sprinkle of additional seasoning. Serve.
